David Fleishman has formed a number of great friendships throughout his career in real estate, and really enjoys maintaining these relationships with his clients and colleagues.

Before starting his real estate career, David graduated from the University of California and began working in private Industry for a national engineering design firm. His projects ranged from local environmental remediation efforts, to large-scale statewide infrastructure and public transportation systems. This background has allowed David to provide a unique view and understanding of the relationships between the geography of South Florida and the towns and communities that fill it.

In his free time you can most likely find David surfing, fishing, or playing tennis. He played tennis at a professional level and trained with many of the best players in Florida throughout the junior ranks.
